From my families experience with Scientology, it is not a church. It is a hate group that wishes to remove everyone's civil rights and basic human rights. My brother has been harassed by this group for practicing free speach and distributing flyers in the Los Angeles area. My brother is Keith Brian Justice. His former room mate is also an out spoken opponent of Scientology's hate crimes and brainwashing techniques. He has had to flee the state of California for fear for his life. My brother refused to be forced from his community and stayed. They now have brought false charges against him for making terrorist threats and he is being held at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility in LA. There will be another lawsuit filed against this so called church but I ask, 'Why are they allowed Tax Exempt Status?' After what happened with the Church members going to prison for removing all documents pertaining to Scientology from the IRS offices in D.C. This is how they operate. They get hired as Human Resouce managers and then hire more Scientologists, then they begin to recruit people within the agency. Now it seems they have infiltrated the LAPD and Los Angeles Courts. When will this end? I work very hard for my money and pay my taxes and never harass a soul. I believe we should hold these entities accountable for their actions when they violate civil and human rights. Please remove their tax exempt status or make them requalify under stricter guidelines. They 'audit' their members and charge them for it why aren't we 'auditing' them?

Early fall of 2003 I got a telephone call from a man named Keith Justice. He said he had been putting flyers up all over Hollywood and Beverly Hills about Scientology. I told him that was great, way to go, do MORE of it. Then he began to recount some of things that had been happening to him. I listened. But even I, after ten years being one of them ( A Scientologist) and ten more years recovering from it, and then Ten more years and millions in litigation later trying to do the best I could do to expose them, you would think that I, of all people, would be capable of believing this fellows tale of harassment.

But I did not. I found it just too fantastic, and could not imagine that scientology would goto such lengths over some flyers. In hindsight, once again, (pause) even I, (longer pause) found out that Scientology was worse than even *I* thought.

I thanked him for his efforts, and told him to just keep on doing what he was doing and wished him well, but I did not believe him. Now, months later, after hearing that Scientology had managed to get him incarcerated in a mental ward, I realized that I was watching a replay of a past successful pattern of action of scientology, Operation Freakout.

The following is a time line of events as they unfold as told by Keith Brian Justice by his own hand

1. I was arrested on 8/04/2003 at 9:30 p.m. by the Wilcox Division of the L.A.P.D. 1358 N Wilcox Ave. LosAngeles, California 90028.

Charges: Making obscene/threatening telephone calls-Misdemeanor. Case# 3HLO221701

The fact of the matter is that I was going to report the "Church" of Scientology to the F.B.I. for involving me in a serious case of Internet Fraud, which is a Federal offense! I mentioned this fact when I posted to the message board of WWW.XENU.NET. So I was riding my bicycle over to a friends house and the L.A.P.D. stopped me. This is the same L.A.P.D. division that is involved in this ordeal and would not let me file a police report to prevent this from happenning. I was arrested on false charges and illegally detained for three days. the detective, (Mr. Placencia) provided the court with tainted and tampered with evidence. The text that I posted on the message board of the website: WWW.XENU.NET is not the same as the evidence that was provided to the courts.

2. I went to court and was released on 8/06/2003 on my promise to reappear the following day 8/07/2003. I did so and I was found "not guilty." The case was "dismissed" by Commissioner John Green S.B.N. 193409 of the Los Angeles Municipal Courts and of Division #81 at 429 Bauchet St., Los Angeles, California. My Public defender name in the case 3HLO221701 is Mark A. Carrillo S.B.N. 208036 and his phone number is: 213-974-6581 or 213-974-974-2811. Now what I thought was kind of strange was that my Public Defender kept me from speaking to the Judge about the real reason that I got into this situation to begin with. Which was, to get some help in having this campaign of "hate" and "psychological torture" stopped! The Attorney's for the Plaintiff is the Law-Firm of Moxon and Kobrin at: 3055 Wilshire Blvd. Suite 900, Los Angeles California 90010. Phone # (213)-487-4468 and fax (213)-487-5385. The owners of the firm are: Kendrick Moxon Esq. S.B.N. 128240 and Helena Kobrin Esq. S.B.N. 152546. Also, both of them are well known members of the "Church" of Scientology.

However, an Attorney by the name of Elliot Abelson himself is a Scientologist and claims to be an ex-attorney of the "Gambino" crime family. The Plantiff in this case is Linda Simmons-Hight, a spokesperson for the "Church" of Scientology. Now Judge Green made the comments of, "Why is this case even in the courts?" and "Who was this detective?" (Referring to Abelson that he has no case) I was on the way out of the courtroom when my public defender walks up and said: "Yesterday afternoon when I was going home, I saw this guy in a section of the court building that is off limits." Next he said, "I asked him what it was that he was doing here" and he replied, "that he was an agent for the "Church" of Scientology." The Public Defender then looked at me and said, "I know know that they are following you, Keith." With that he suggested that I take the back way out of the court building. I did as instructed and noticed that I was followed all the way home, as usual.

On 8/06/2003 and after the court hearing for the case # 3HLO221701, an associate, whome accompanied Elliot Abelson to the Court hearing, approached me outside the courtroom. He handed me these papers and said, "you've been served!" The papers were for a restraining order from a Linda Simmons-Hight and the case number is: BS084957. Now I took the papers that I had just been served and put them away inside my file folder for safekeeping.

On 8/09/2003 and at around 7:30 p.m., I was at the corners of Cahuenga Blvd, and Yucca Ave. in Hollywood, when I was waiting for the light to turn green. I was approached by a fellow who handed me a set of papers. As he handed me the papers he said: "You've been served!" This set of papers was for some Rene Duzsak, Bruce Duzsak and a Lon Ferry. So when I arrived back home, I went and took out of my files the paperwork for case #BS084957 and sat down along with the paperwork for BS085009 to review them both together. Immediately I noticed that the paperwork for case #BS084957 had no date that I should appear in court, anywhere on them. So I looked at the paperwork for case #BS085009 and saw the date of 8/28/2003 and at 8:30a.m. In Department 6 Room 247 of the Courthouse at 111 Hill Street in Los Angeles, California is where I needed to appear. So, this being the first time having restraining orders put on me, I figured that the date for both of the cases was to be set for 8/28/2003. However that was not the case!

5. On 8/25/2003, I showed up at the Courthouse on 111 N. Hill St. to file my replies to cases BS084857 and BS085009. I was sent by the lady in room #112 to the room upstairs, #247 to file my replies. I get up to that room and walk in, I hand the replies to the bailiff , whom hands them to the courtroom clerk. She then looks at me and say's that I missed the case of BS084957 by about two hours and that the Plaintiff was granted the restraining orders against me. I told her that there was no court date on the papers and she didn't act as if she really cared. So I went on and filed both of the replies, anyway. Now because of the rest of the events that have unfolded since, I believe that this was a trick in order to purposely miss that court date and so that I would hand over my information concealed in my replies to the clerk and in turn she gave them to the Scientologists! Why else would she want them to turn in the reply if I already missed the case? Also, what is to come up next, only adds to my theory of this being done.

6. On 8/28/2003, I show up at my Court hearing for case #BS085009. The judge's name is Commissioner Scott Michael Gordon and of room #347 and division #6. I report in to the bailiff and also I state that I need to speak to the judge because this case has Federal crimes involved and that he needs to be aware of them. She just looked at me and said, "Oh, you'll have a chance to tell him about that later," In a real mean tone of voice. Right after that she looked at me and said, "You don't see any Scientologists in the Courtroom today, do you?" I replied, "NO." However I did! Also in the meantime while I was standing in line, I noticed a very familiar face. One of the faces whom has stalked me for the last 3 years. It was the Judge! Between the time that I was standing in line to report in with the bailiff and the time that the judge was in his robe and the recorder was turned on, the judge walked out of his chambers and around his desk about 5 times real slow, without his robe on. What he was doing was fishing to find out if I was going to notice him. Now, this Judge has helped pioneer some of California's anti-stalking laws! I remained calm and pretended that I had no clue as to whom he was. Next he comes out with his robe on and starts the courtroom proceedings. The recorder was on and he walks right up to me as if he knew me and that was because he did! He looks at me and says, "Where's your evidence?" and "Where's your witnesses?" In a smart-assed tone of voice and in front of everybody! Next, he say's, "Where's your copies of your replies for the plaintiffs?" I replied that I wasn't aware that I had to provide them with a copy and that they can have mine. I then stated that I'd just have to wing it! Knowing that I could win the case because I studied it fully! Now, out of somewhere I hear the Attorney Jeanne Gavigan's voice say, "Didn't your Attorney tell you that you were supposed to supply us with a copy of your reply?" At that point I stood up and pointed at the Judge and said, "You're one of the people who have been stalking me!" The Judge shook his head as to acknowledge when I stated that he had been stalking me and that he couldn't try this case. He seemed embarrassed and turned toward his chambers and started walking toward them. All of a sudden he whips back around and goes towards the direction of the microphone and loudly stated, "NO! No I haven't been!" Then I pointed out 3 other individuals in the courtroom and on the Plaintiff's side that have also been stalking me. At this point I am in fear for my life from these people of the Superior Courts and this so-called "Judge." I asked to leave the courtroom and the bailiff gets behind me and restrains me from leaving. They kept telling me that they'd get me a different judge and that if I leave out of this courtroom that they will grant the restraining orders against me. I asked to leave 3 or 4 more times and stated that I didn't trust them and I felt that my life was in danger. I also stated that I needed to speak with some kind of legal counsel after what they did to me and that I do not want to proceed until I did so. Finally they let me leave. On the way out the door I noticed that Jeanne Gavigan Esq. was hiding her face in embarrassment. The bailiff followed me out into the hall and kept demanding that I go back in that courtroom! It's as if they were scared that I was going to let it be known what they did in that courtroom. Only after I said that I was walking across the hall to use the payphone so that I could call the F.B.I. did she (the bailiff ) let me go! She then quickly turned and went back into the courtroom as if she were going to warn the Judge of the call that I was fixing to make. After I notified the F.B.I., I ran for my life out of that courthouse and went directly to the A.C.L.U.'s office! From there I went home. The Attorney's for the Plaintiff's were Moxon & Kobrin. However, they had an Attorney by the name of: Jeanne M. Gavigan S.B.N. #111626 standing in for them. I noticed that Jeanne Gavigan is never at present, anymore at the "Church" of Scientology or their member's cases against me.

7. Sometime between the dates of 8/19/2003 and 8/25/2003, through the mail, I received a notice that a criminal complaint has been filed against me for "Threatening someone with great bodily harm." I have no idea who I threatened and know for a fact that I have threatened nobody. This notice is from a Julie C. San Jaun the Supervising Attorney for the Hollywood Branch of the city of Los Angeles office of the City Attorney. That being the City Attorney, Rockard Delgadillo. The notice states that I am to show up for my arraignment at the Superior Court of the State of California at 5925 Hollywood Blvd. in Hollywood, California and at the Hollywood Courthouse on 9/3/2003 at 8:30 a.m. And in Division #79. The case # is: 3HLo2337. The Judge is: Leslie Ann Swain S.B.N. #94595. The Plaintiff's Attorney is: Moxon & Korbrin. However, they have Attorney Elliot Ableson sitting in. My public defender: None. As I wished for! Now here's a twist of a Courtroom! I arrive to answer these charges of "Threatening to do great bodily harm" and whoever I alledgedly threatened, I still have no clue! I walk into the courtroom and I am immediately greeted by a fellow who say's, "hello! I am Marvin Gross (S.B.M. 213855 and phone # 323-856-5717), your Public Defender." Now, how did he know who I was to come up to me as if he knew me? I advised him that I never asked for a Public Defender and that I do not want one. He say's, "Come on! Let's go out into the hall where we can talk." So I agreed to talk to him but nothing else. I looked him in the eye and said, "This has been going on for 3 years and I have a lot to tell you about!" I informed him that the "Church" of Scientology has involved me into some Federal crimes and that I need to inform the Judge of this. I also informed Mr. Gross that I needed to speak to her about my being denied protection from Scientology and by the Wilcox Division of the L.A.P.D. I as well needed to mention to the judge that I believe that Scientology has a hit out on me and that one of the people that they use to plan and plot such crimes came over to my apartment on the evening of 8/29/2003 at around 7:30 p.m. and posed as a guy named John who was looking for an apartment that is coming up for rent for his son, who work's for the movie industry. My roommate is the building manager and the apartment that is coming up for rent is not vacated yet so he offered to show this guy John our apartment so John could have a general idea of what the other apartment looked like. Well, this guy "John" comes into the living room where I was sitting. I looked at him and immediately say, "Eugene Ingram!" John or Eugene (his real name) turns and heads for the front door to get out of the building. He has an unmistakable face! I showed my roommate his picture and he agrees that it is in face Eugene Ingram! After I tell Marvin Gross all of these important requests of mine, he looked at me and said, "Well, Mr. Justice I don't have the time to listen to what it is that you have to say, nor the time to look over the paperwork that you have brought." Let me handle this and you'll be just fine! Marvin T. Gross also then stated that the case from Judge Scott M. Gordon's courtroom, case #BS085009 was dismissed due to the rigging up of the courtroom. Immediately after he said that, I told him that he is fired for ineffective assistance of counsel, he acknowledged and replied, "Fine then! Have it your way!" With that we both went back into the courtroom. Now, my court case for #3HL02337 was up next. I noticed that there were no other people in the courtroom but myself. All the other cases were finished and they saved mine for last. I also noticed that the Judge Swain and Marvin Gross were on their way into he Judge's chambers and on the way into the Judge's chambers I overheard Swain mention that they were waiting for someone from the City Attorney's office. When the doors opened once when Gross came back out for something and then returned back into the chambers, I noticed a few young guys standing inside the chambers. I believe that they were members of the "Church" of Scientology and not from the city attorney's office! They were in the Judges chambers for about 45 minutes. About 15 minutes into the 45, Elliot Ableson walks over to the bailiff and gets a phone number from him. (The bailiff 's last name is Mills and his Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department number is: 72031 and his phone umber is: 323-856-5725) Then Elliot Ableson Esq. Starts to walk out of the courtroom while pulling his cell phone out of his jacket pocket. Once outside he did not return until about 5 minutes before Judge Swain and Marvin Gross came out of the chambers. Once everyone was seated, Judge Swain asked me to step up. Then I noticed that Marvin Gross stood up. My next thought was here we go again! Another rigged courtroom by the Scientologists and sure enough, the same old routine unfolded in the corrupt Superior Courts! I started to say stop! Stop this trial! The judge spoke over me and threatened me with jail if I continued to speak! He then had the bailiff walk up to me and stand right dead in front of me and he puffed out his chest to threaten me or show me intimidation through violence! While the bailiff is doing this, Judge Swain is reading off a restraining order to me. Now what judge Swain did was grant the Plaintiff's restraining orders! I never got served with any papers so that I could file my replies and protest! Also what she did was made a whole new case of it! She turned it back into a criminal trial again and then included two people whom I do not know, by the names of Clayton Frost and ?. Then next, she puts Linda Simmons-Hight! That case was the very first one! #3HLo221701. How can she try me again on the same person? She then also added Patrick Fairchild who was from case #BS085009. The case that was in Judge Scott M. Gordon's Courtroom. Now just an hour before, Marvin T. Gross had told me that that case was dismissed due to the staging of the courtroom! She made me keep quiet to prevent me from telling her that this case revolves around some "Federal crimes." I also noticed that the lady that usually sits in the court hearings and types was not present. I am about to get killed at any moment and she did not let me say one single word! Judge Swain then rescheduled the case of: 3HLO2337 for the date of: 9/16/2003 and at the same place and time! They all seemed to be laughing at me when I was walking out. As if they had a good time in what they did to me! I am still in shock! Also because of what Judge Swain did made the attacks on me by Scientology all the worse! She flat-out gave them the green light to continue! She did not take my pleas of needing protection serious and left me without any!

8. The very next day on 9/4/2003, I went to retrieve from the courthouse on 111 N. Hill St., a copy of the verdict from the case of : BS085009 and as well the transcripts from all of the cases so that I could include them in the report about this. I was sent from room #112 of the Superior Courthouse across the street to the County Records Archives. I get there and they tell me that they don't have the file and next they send me to room #211. I get back to room #211 and they don't have them. They send me to room #311 to view the file and verdict from case #BS085009. I arrive at room #311 and walk in. Now I don't know the positions of the employee's of a courtroom too well, but the heavy set Hispanic fellow sitting at the desk next to the Judge, I can identify as one of the people who has been stalking me and he was one of the more aggressive one's! Also, the lady with the red hair that sits at the desk, which is next to the railing, I can identify as being a Scientologist. I've seen her numerous times around Hollywood and for years! I asked her for my file on case # BS085009 and her chin almost hit the ground! She seemed to get kind of mad and she walked right to my file and out of all that paper work she went right to it and picked it up. She came back and handed it to me. I reviewed it and the only thing that was in it was my reply! Also it seemed as if it were not the one that I supplied the courts but a copy! Further evidence that the court employees gave my information to the "Church!" Now inside the file were no judge's remarks, no verdict, and no nothing! Only a "copy" of my reply! So she and I went out in the hall and I demanded that she let me see the verdict! She mumbled something and next tells me that I'd have to wait until the court takes a break. I reply, "Nonsense!" She says to give her ten minutes and she walks off down the hall. About 15 minutes later she brings me back a judgment against me from the Superior Court Judge Warren L. Effinger! Also, she is still writing on it as she walks up to me! She hands the document to me and said , "looks like you missed your court date!" She knows that I busted her! Never did I ever get served with papers to be in the courtroom of Warren L. Effinger on August 28th to be in his courtroom at 11:30 a.m. She forged the court documents complete with Judge Ettinger's signature, I witnessed it! Also she gave me the "original" copy of the forgery!

9. 9/16/2003 was the date set for my arraignment of case #3HL02337. This is the day that I found out for sure that the state, county and city employee's of The Los Angeles Superior Court, The Office of the City Attorney, The Public Defender's Office, the State Bar and the L.A.P.D. were also partly responsible for the campaign of "hate and terror" against me! I was sitting outside the courtroom in the Hollywood Courthouse, waiting for the bailiff to unlock the doors, when I noticed that the directly across the hallway, was the City Attorney's Office. The employee's were just showing up for work. I couldn't believe it! These were the people responsible for all that has been done to me! I immediately knew that Judge Swain's courtroom was a set-up! I told the bailiff (Mr. Mills) that it was an unconstitutional and illegal hearing and that I was going home! Of course Judge Swain has a bench warrant taken out on me.

10. 9/18/2003. I decided that I should go back to the courts and contact them, before they contact me. I don't look good in stripes and sooner or later this warrant would catch up to me. So I knew that it was not going to be fair in my favor. However, I just said, "What the hell?" and forced myself to attend this dog and pony show! But, I made the condition that I would only participate if the Judge would hear me out! She agreed. I smelled a rat. It wasn't like her to let me speak. Only because of the fact that I know too much about the Scientology crime syndicate, and she would be obligated to act against them, if I had mentioned anything of them involving me in some Federal Crimes - which they did, and without my knowing. Which they did and without my knowing. Now here's where I believe the rat comes in. I noticed that the lady that types out what is said was present in this trial. I noticed a pause in her typing when I mentioned to Judge Swain about the "Federal Crimes." I can bet you one1 hundred dollars that the recorder was off and that she had the lady in the courtroom typing so that she could leave out the fact that I mentioned the Federal Crimes! Also, that I do believe that Scientology has a hit out on me! Next, she just handed me this slip, and said that I'm due to report at this other Courthouse on San Fernando Road in Los Angeles for a hearing 9/22/2003 and in Division #95.

11.Now on the morning of 9/22/2003, I showed up at this so-called, "Courthouse" only to find that it is a facility for the mentally handicapped! She once again tricked and lied to me! Anyhow, I went inside to check things out and the Sheriff's Deputy at the front door asked who I was and where it was that I was going. I gave him my information and he could not find any trace of me having to me at this so-called, "Courthouse." He then suggested that I go back to Hollywood and get things straightened out with Judge Swain. I did just that. However, I come to find out that while they were laughing at me so hard when I was walking out of the Courtroom on 9/18/3003, they forgot to do their job and send the necessary information over to that other "Courthouse!" So they rescheduled this so-called hearing for 9/24/2003.

12. On the morning of 9/24/2003, I arrive at this "Court hearing" to be met by a guy named, "Omar-????." He informed me that he is going to be my public defender and that we should go out into the hall and talk. (Here we go again!) Just like with the other guy, (Marvin T. Gross) I mentioned that I am the true victim and that I have been for 3 years! Next I mentioned that I had a lot to tell him about the past 3 years. He responded by saying, "we don't have time to talk about that right now," and that "I should just let him handle this!" Then and there, I told him that he was fired for ineffective assistance of counsel. He replied that I should reconsider because I was going to be grilled by a psychologist and that I would need his help. My reply was, "No thanks!" Then it hit me. The "Church" of Scientology, along with their evil attorneys, were attempting to have me locked up in a "nuthouse" to keep me from reporting about the crimes that they have committed and also because of the things that I know about their so-called, "Church!" I sat in that courtroom for 11/2 hours while the courtroom employees drank coffee and showed each other family portraits. Then I stood up and walked out! How dare these criminals even attempt to question my mental stability! I've been through hell and back, and I've forgotten more than these fine haired sons of bitches will ever even know!

I went back home and in a few days, I got this notice in the mail for me to reappear at this so-called, "Courthouse" on 10/7/2003. They can go straight to hell!

13. 9/27/2003. Next, I'll fill you all in on the latest that has been done to me and as well, a few of the straws that broke the camels back! Last Saturday afternoon a knock came upon my door when I was writing the California Guberatorial candidate, Mr. Gene Forte. As you may know, he has a radio program that evolves around "judicial corruption." Also, if he is to be elected, attempting to clean up this area is his intent. So, I figured that the very unconstitutional and illegal acts that your people and courts have subjected me to, just might be some very good publicity for my case, as well, for his campaign and himself. A case of possible perfect timing! That letter is ready to be dropped in the box. However, we'll get back to that in a minute.

Now, I didn't answer the door because I could hear that the knocks were from "billy clubs." (The nicks and scratches will always be a reminder). Finally, I told my roommate to answer it! I did nothing wrong so what should I fear? Correct? Well, I knew that it was going to happen the way that it did and most likely it will not be the last time! The two officers from the Wilcox Division wanted me. Officers Jenneman #32769 and Koval #32566. So, I stepped out in the hall where I was informed that I committed some sort of criminal acts against the "Church" of Scientology! To this day I still am unaware of! I was then paraded one block down the street in handcuffs. Why? when there were several parking spaces in front of my building?

At that point I just snapped! I had a nervous breakdown or something. All I know is that I shook and have not felt right ever since. I was then walked into the Wilcox Station where I was immediately brought before the very same Lieutenant that prevented me from filing a police report about this! He just looked at me and laughed in my face! I was then chained to a bench for a while. After a while I was walked through the Office area and into a small room where I was read my rights. From there it was out through that same office full of police officers and one of them shouted out, "Oh! Look! It's Mister Justice!" Then everyone started to laugh out loud. Then it was back to the bench for a while and off to the jail cell. In that period, I asked the officers once again, "What was it that I am accused of doing wrong?" They wouldn't tell me. They said the Detective (Placencia) should come in to talk with me in a few minutes. That never happened until the following day and around 12:00 p.m. Also, Placencia wouldn't inform me of what exactly I did wrong. I stated the fact that I was being prosecuted by use of tampered, fabricated and tainted evidence. I asked him if he knew this. He replied, "NO" and said that the Scientologist woman gave him the evidence! Hello, don't they check out this kind of thing? Well, when I asked what court it was that I was being taken to, I was told three different answers as if they were trying to block my people from getting there with my evidence. Of course while everyone else was told the truth! So, I'm brought to downtown and left in a cold and filthy jail cell by myself until the bus was loaded! Then I was put on the bus and brought from downtown to the L.A.X. Courthouse where I was made to sit all day until was ordered through for the day! Then I was released from way the hell out there with no money or a way to get home!

So, I did something that I have never done and that was illegally get on one of your trains without paying! Then guess what, I received this ticket! I'm sending a copy of it along with this letter/complaint. In the three years of "inhumane nonsense" that has been done to me, not one time did the LAPD ever attempt to stop it! But they have enough balls to arrest me and parade me around like some kind of dead animal!

Isn't it enough that what has been done, has been so severe that I have to live the rest of my born days, psychologically traumatized? I am now paranoid and no longer believe or trust anyone!

Also, that I haven't even called my mother in these 3 years because those involved obtained my personal information and I am afraid of what the said individuals might have called her and said to her.

That I (can now) never get a job or have a chance to make a living in this town or anywhere close for a good while! They have (also) defamed me on the internet. Not only hundreds of times, but thousands of times! The people at PETITIONSONLINE.COM E-mailed me, stating that they removed 800+ comments in one day alone from the "petition against the Church of Scientology!" Complete with my address, personal information, name and all my information! With a nasty or derogatory comment attached. I cannot get on a bus if I am alone at the bus stop. They (Scientology) just wave and drive right by.

Then you people think it is funny to further "mop me across the floor" by trying to have me put into a nut house and because of your mistakes! I've spent a few thousand trying to defend myself and must say that I would have beat the hell out of you in the court if you didn't stage all my hearings! You even went to the point of prosecuting me with the very same people that did these heinous acts against me.

Only once did I ever shed a tear and that was when the L.A.P.D. arrested me last weekend and something in me just snapped. They've ruined all my good clothes by dumping bleach into them when I had my back turned at the laudromat. They've destroyed all my friends and acquaintances. They've taken my peace and privacy. You've now got my dignity, my pride and confidence. You've got me locked up like some major criminal the way you have run up my record. From a drug conviction up. I can't even make the mistake of jy walking without being put away for life or damn near close to it. Then thepunks that did this to me would watch me hang. All because they got their wires crossed and let their mouths engage before their brains. they thought that I am a drug dealer, and I am not. To make things worse, now they continue to harrass me even harder because they now know that they have almost killed me and that they have torured me so badly that there will be evere consequences for their actions. Now they will have to learn the price of doing business (this way). You and your courts felt above and beyond the United States Constitution. Might I ask what gives you the right to feel that way? The 2 judges, Swain and Gordon are tainted and must go. They stepped way over the line and are going to get removed from the bench. That is my choice and that's what I want. Swain and now Gordon now broke each and every rule that a Judge has taken an oath to uphold. They are no longer trustworthy and both were well aware of what they did. The red haired woman in #311 must be prosecuted and removed from her employment. She knowingly forged a Superior Court Judges name to the documents that I have. She the threw them in my face and said, "You missed your Court date! Who are any of these individuals to remove anothers Constitutional rights? The reason I am contacting you is to make you aware of a serious amount of Human, Civil and Constitutional rights violations against myself and a freind of mine.

So serious, that my freind has made one attempt at taking his own life because of this. This situation is being brought fourth against John (Pedro) and I because of the fact that we both were mistaken for drug dealers. Or at least that is what the people who have plotted against john and made up this "witch hunt" against John and I want community members who are given the green light to carry this event out seem to be (being) told.

Actually this is being carried out for the sake of "political" and so called, "religious" gain. That's correct. More political than anything. Because on the "religious" end , the "Church" that is also involved, is not actually a Church! It is an organized crime syndicate
