Hello to you all. Bergita Dagnel, Rashid Ahmed, Arnie Lerma you were guests on a radio show last December. I have tried to now abuse the spelling of your names. I only wish that I had had the internet when I first joined the CO$ some 15 years ago. The internet keeps things like radio and television from being ephemeral. Long live the freedoms we have on the internet!! Long live the Liberty Tree of the nineties well into the 3000s. I have taken a little longer than I realized in putting this together. I don't want to come off as a fanatical anti person. I find that the discussion of the CO$ are important to have. There is danger there and the danger is carefully disguised in the intricate and vast tenets of $cn. If you detect malice in what I have wrote it is for myself in having been duped for so long. I desire to salvage from potential financial and social ruin only one person that may be duped into joining this fanatical UFO cult called $cientology. I found a RealAudio file of the radio program on the net that was the entire 75 minutes of the talk radio show on WNMF Talk of the Bay. I am sorry that the three of you didn't get to dominate the conversation like the $cn bOrg rep, Sylvia Stannard did. The site (http://www.users.wineasy.se/noname/multimed/index.htm) that had the audio files also had a TV program in full called the Shrinking World of LRH. It was great seeing him lie using TR-Lie. Sylva have you seen him lie? Smooth, slick, didn't even blink much or hesitate did he? A real pro at TR-Lie isn't he? "I never had a second wife" is what he said right after describing his loving relationship with his current second wife that he had children with. =20 The main point from the radio show is that I think Bergita and Rashid got across very well was their collective sincerity. The best thing that this audio file of the radio program allowed me to do was listen to the collective experiences and knowledge of the CO$ carefully. Arnie I had never heard you speak or associated your picture with your name. I have not met or seen any of the people in the radio show. I now have name to face to voice to personality recognition. 'Glad you are there - keep up the work. I listened to the full program blow by blow several times in a row. I wanted to learn the factual truth and the emotional essences of truth about your collective experiences. I believe that there is more opportunity for the three of you to get your message across. The biggest point I found in the dialog from the CO$ rep was denial and refusal to answer. Secondary to that was her ad hominem attacks and rude behaviors to the host and guests. Particularity interesting was the illogic of the CO$ with regard to laughing to refute and ridicule the speakers and attacking the other representatives on the show by insincere nit picking of the facts when it was evident what the speaker was speaking about. =20 The COS twisting of the facts and denial of the truth. 1.) How about the reality of the concentration camps called RPF. The members are paid while they are on the RPF - OK it amounts to about what 90+ hours a week and total cash pay $12 or about $0.13 per hour. Let me see there is truth there they are paid - Is that really the truth - They are paid very very little for their valuable dedicated services. In reality they are slave labor, by any international standard, while on RPF! 2.) There is no such thing as House Arrest! In reality I have witnessed this behavior while I was at the complex in LA. Although I was never subjected to this myself I was witness to a locked door to a very small storage room / previously a restroom that contained a young girl that was being brought food and the door was locked after her food tray was brought to her by the night security guard. In my brief glimpse of her she was in very dirty clothes and her hygiene was very poor. I'd guess that by the looks of her she hadn't been cleaned up in over a week. There are many many personal accounts of this behavior documented on the web for her to continue to deny this behavior on the part of the CO$. 3.) When asked by the host of the show, Sylvia the official COS spokesperson, stated her position on LRH's paranoid conspiracy theories of LRH by saying, "I have never read anything from LRH saying anything like that, I have never heard anything like that about LRH." And then after hearing LRH's voice detailing his unsubstantiated positions on this vast banking conspiracy she continued to deny his delusions by saying that she had never *personally heard him* say anything like that and that she had never met him. Just deny anything and everything that seems to discredit in anyway LRH's perceived public image. I believe that I heard the same staunch support of O.J. by his fans too. They both seem sincere but both lack any substantial supportive evidence aside from their heartfelt loyalty.=20 4.) When asked about the court rulings and justice opinions that have been presented the only case in support was to charge bigotry and religious persecution without asking about the evidence and testimony that was presented to them that they based their judgments on. When in doubt attack *any* person that presents the face of contrary opinion or evidence of abuse. To refute any contrary court ruling or opinion by denying any knowledge of the ruling when someone that is a spokesperson that is trained constantly in knowing all of the facts about the CO$ bOrg and its affairs is a little bit hard to believe. 5.) When asked about reports of the persons being pushed the year before last at the annual Lisa Vigil her only report of the truth is again the lack of personal experience in seeing personally the facts as though the truth is - she knows about the intentional intimidation of the vigil attendees. I personally didn't witness anything like that either but that doesn't make it any less true either. 6.) The CO$ representative, Sylvia, personally attacked the veracity of Bergita directly by saying that I don't believe you paid your own way here. Sylvia, she never attacked you directly or even intimated your personal experiences were misrepresented. Sylvia you went on with "I want to see proof of that!" Sylvia, as a bOrg representative, you are rude and disrespectful of others when it is uncalled for. The behaviors of the bOrg never cease to amaze me. Why didn't you outright call her a liar. Whether or not she paid her own fare is not the issue. I personally plan on paying my own way this December just to show you how much I believe you have violated my sense of fairness by your bold display of avarice. I dare you to suggest that all or most of the participants are paid protesters. I have read the booklet you promoted TWTH on the show and you said you subscribed fully to the tenets in there. LET me see - trust - you trust others - faith - you have faith in others - forgivingness - you forgive others - Truth - you only relay facts you *know* to be true. Dignity - you treat others with dignity despite their efforts to have you do otherwise. Attack! Attack! Attack! Your training and resultant action runs counter to the tenets your touting are the finer parts of your doctrines. 6.) Sylvia, when you were asked about the amounts of money that the CO$ bOrg are taking in annually, you deliberately misrepresented the gross income of the bOrg by suggesting only "several million". When you knew full well that the Worldwide GI is a well known statistic in your office since your activities are a sub product that effects Global GI you could have offered here truth that you knew which is in the neighborhood of $70-$80 million. You are fully aware of the goals and how close the GI is to the goals. Truth - I don't exactly know - Truth I do know the general amounts and they are way out of expected range of the general public so I cannot tell on the air. That is the truth - You wouldn't tell the obvious truth even if it killed you. The money goes to pay the gas bill?? just like any other church. Sylvia, the *Truth* is a great protion of it goes to litigate into the poor house any person that disagrees with the bOrg Totalitarian World Domination Plans - THE NEW World Order - bOrg style you will be assimilated or destroyed! Isn't that what the Fair Game Policy says - "they may be destroyed". What about a reference that is found many places in the *tech* that says that the persons that your organization places in the range on the tone scale from 2.0 down - 'done away with quietly and without sorrow' - You don't believe that to "be reality" in the bOrg either do you. Remember there is no TR-Lie - right? I have drilled on TR-Lie, I know it exists; Will you ever publically admit that it does? R2-45 is a joke right? Watch the video mentioned above it will open your eyes - wow I was told it was ONLY a joke! 7.) Things revealed by the individual in session are not talked about out of session. How about the real truth, Sylvia! The Truth about these confessions being kept confidential is True *only* if you remain in good standing with the church by following all rules including the gag order about X emu or expressions of concern about activities of the OSA and the treatment of RPF members and so on and so on. If you ever fall or fall out of graces your folders will be culled for juicy facts to be used in a noisey public campaign to discredit you. That is the truth isn't it? In addition during your days as a $cn bOrg your ETHICS officer will demand that your write up all of your misdeeds including *all* of those revealed in session and those critical thoughts that you now feel being forced to reveal out of session that will be used against you if you ever fall out of graces with the bOrg before you can 'qualify' for the OT levels. I know for a fact that things revealed in session are handed over to the ethics officer for review and that the Ethics officer reviews the folders since I had to deliver my sealed folder to him for review when I was being falsely accused of misdeeds by a bOrg shill like you. The *Truth* is your auditor probably is the only person that will keep the code of the auditor with the exception that the auditor is supposed to turn over *ethics* material to the ethics officer - this would include and is not limited to affectionately holding hands or kissing someone that is not your spouse even though you are both consenting adults. Draconian ethics actions await staffers that express physical affection for each other - we can't talk about this can we - that's right TR-Lie. 8.) How much does it cost to go clear? What does it cost to go OT? Would Sylvia reveal a rough idea of the TRUTH? How much do you have to pay if you walked in the door and asked to be provided with spiritual freedom - Ten or twenty thousand or possibly one hundred thousand to three hundred thousand to get the bulk of the FEE Services offered by the Business of Scientology? How much for a confession at a $cn bOrg office - lets see what is a 12.5 hour intensive worth at =46lag? How much at a Catholic Church where your confession will be staunchly protected for real? She could have revealed the truth about how services in general are delivered at FLAG or at her parent bOrg. NO - You must say that it will cost nothing and say that there are "many many" ways of obtaining services when indeed she knew that to be a deliberate misrepresentation of reality. In fact the vast majority of services are delivered as a direct CASH only fee service not a "suggested" donation rate schedule but a mandatory rate. She refused to attempt to relay the essence of the truth, as she knew it, at every turn. 9.) Sylvia when you were asked about TR-Lie you told the lie that you were trained to deliver. You went on with something like 'I have never read anything or heard anything about lying.' You continued with more 'I don't *know* anything about that' Have you ever done the dissem drill - we can handle that - 'I am worried about my cancer' - '$cn can handle that' . . . 'I am worried about the pain in my ___' . . . '$cn handles that too" On a most fundamental level that is lying isn't it. $cn doesn't cure physical ailments does or does it? But if you have done the Public Relations series as I'd bet you have you will most probably have done TR-Lie for dealing with the press. That's right your training tells you to lie about TR-Lie that is because general knowledge of TR-Lie is out PR! So because it is done for the *cause* it isn't lying is it? See you didn't lie did you - you just did what you were trained to do TR-Lie it isn't lying is it? Of course you are! 10.) Bergita revealed that some person acting as a field auditor took a cash gratuity out of appreciation from the individual receiving the service. This is expressly forbidden and was revealed in a confidential session and this tidbit was turned over to the ethics officer by the auditor which resulted in an ethics action for the auditor. Was he assigned to the RPF for taking a tip? How long? 11.) Sylvia attacked Arnie as being 'kicked out" of the CO$ for "various crimes" all of which were unmentioned. This general misbehavior charge of "various crimes" is a little strange for bOrg spokesperson that constantly demanded exact facts from the other guests to support any of their positions. Remember the booklet TWTH that says treat others the way you want to be treated and don't do to others what you wouldn't want done to yourself?? That's right you do remember. You see I am doing it. Doesn't make it right does it? Sorry but you behaved badly on the show, didn't you? Did you go to the RPF and for how long? Sylvia, you were rude and overly harsh on your fellow guests. You came off like a true shill. Well DONE!! In a way I reluctantly offer this feedback to this group as I am sure that, even though I didn't mail this to you directly, you will get it from your fellow OSA shills. =20 Sylvia, I am glad that during the show you showed a high degree of familiarity with the ARS group and the internet. Isn't it wonderful. You can not take it to court. You can not threaten it into silence. You almost have to admit that Mr Hubbard in all his wisdom and vast many lifetimes of experience never wrote any policies to deal with the one thing that will cause $cn the most trouble, the internet, and it's effect on how you run your businesses. You can try to drown it out with senseless robotic SPAM but you are so unaware of the very poor showing of the darker side of $cn the SPAM is having. SPAM some more, Please! Get those stats up - just a few more cut and paste operations any your STATS will be in POWER!! Sylvia, will you be back this year in Clearwater? I look forward to seeing you there. And no, just in case you want to charge me as being part of a vast financial banking conspiracy against $cn, Minton won't be paying my way. I will gladly do that myself since after all most of the protesters are not financially helpless vagrants as your comments and attacks would have people believe.
