EXTERIORIZATION - COMMUNICATION IN THETA AND MEST


The truth of the matter is an individual can
activate a vacuum tube.  By the way, he can
activate a vacuum tube because he isn't trying
to go through the terrific insulative quality
of air. I've forgotten what an inch of air
insulates, but it is something fabulous.  An
inch of air represents maybe a hundred thousand
volts or something on that order.  He would have
to be almost as big as a lightning storm to get
across any space of air.  But he can do it in a
vacuum tube, and he could do it in a bell jar from
which the air could be exhausted, while he himself
was outside the bell jar.  He simply puts a beam
inside the bell jar connecting two electrodes and
you would get a registry on a meter inside the
bell jar.

Now, that experiment has not been thoroughly
conducted, but I just introduce it as one of
the experiments which is indicated in this line.
He can operate in a vacuum because it isn't
insulative.  The biggest slow of a thetan here
on Earth is the air with which Earth is
surrounded, because he can't put beams
out, and he's a handy jim-dandy little fellow
when it comes to beams, he loves to zap people.
But they walk around in the air, he has to be
enormously potentialed, he has to be able to
generate enormous electrical potential in order
to get a beam to reach five or six feet through
the air.

Now, if there is something wrong with this
assumption of a Thetan, we have lost our stable
data.  So therefore, we have to proceed to
demonstrate what this stable data consists of, it
doesn't have length, breadth, and thickness,
and so forth.  In other words, can it be
proven or demonstrated?  Well, years ago we
started exteriorizing people, we started kicking
people out of their heads, it wasn't necessarily
good for them, but it was fun (laughing).
  And we sure did have a good time kicking people
out of their heads.  As a matter of fact, they
talked different, and acted different, go sailing
around. Well, that was the person.  I even
developed some electrical gimmicks to have
somebody sail out of his head and go over
and settle on the gimmick and have it register,
and get out of the gimmick and go back in his
head again.

The real End Phenomena of OT III and OT IV is
exterior with full perception.  You can and
should accomplish full stable exteriorization
on doing the materials of III.

which has been very prevalent is not knowing
the materials of OT III or the content of
Incident II or Incident I.

OT III is a vital grade.  One fronts up to it
and does it.  When he is really done, the rewards
of OT III and IV exceed his wildest dreams.

SCIENTOLOGY! PUT UP OR SHUT UP!

This is easy enough a base with two copper
electrodes with a bell cover.  The base has
a connection for a vacuum pump and two screw
connectors to the electrodes tha allow this
to be connect to a voltage meter.

Our exteriorized OT III then ..

Easy enough.  All you need is a voltage meter,
a laboratory vaccum pump, bell jar cover, base
and electrodes.  and an fully trained OT III
that can exteriorize with full perceptics and
OT abilities.  Maybe you'll neeed and OT VIII.
