************************************************* * The Scientology Murder Project * ************************************************* W.C. Barwell 1-26-2006 It is well known that Scientology in the past has dabbled in the waters of murder of critics and "squirrels". This is a project to chase down as many examples murder plans and attempts as possible. By doing so, it will hopefully make it harder for them to try again in the future. Scientology is known to be willing to murder people or drive them to suicide, this will hopefully force Scientology cfor legal reasons, if not moral reasons to avoid even appearances of such activities in the future. Luckily, they seem to be rather incompetent at actually achieving real murders. ************************************************* KNOWN ATTEMPTS TO DATE 1. Paulette Cooper. http://home.snafu.de/tilman/krasel/cooper/frk.html Operation Fair Game nearly drove her to suicide. Nots from the GO org operatives show that some were estatic at this news. Tonja Burden, who was a young lady who worked directly with Mary Sue and L. Ron Hubbard wrote a declaration noting GO communications were sent to the Hubbards, who knew full well the Cooper opertion was ongoing. Margery Wakefield Declaration ... At one point, in the fall of 1977, I did volunteer work for the infamous Guardian's Office of Scientology, the branch of Scientology which deals in espionage and covert activities. ... The second murder that I heard planned was of Paulette Cooper, who had written a book critical of Scientology, and they were planning to shoot her. To my knowledge this murder was not carried out, but at this meeting it was planned. ... http://www.whyaretheydead.net/krasel/aff_mw90.html 2. Cooper's Cousin, Joy Cooper was attacked by a gun weilding assassin whose gun jammed, apparently being mistaken for Cooper. The assassin then attempt to strangle Joy Cooper. http://lisatrust.bogie.nl/legal/cw-hearings/ cooper-testimony.htm "And a series of mysterious circumstances occurred. The important thing was that she opened up the door to someone who had flowers and rang my bell. And I was no longer living there, although, my name was still on the door. And so, Eddie Walters told you about R2-45, and you've heard the policy. When Joy opened the door to get these flowers, he unwrapped the gun -- he unwrapped the flowers and there was a gun in it. And he took the gun and he put it at Joy's temple and he cocked the gun, and we don't know whether it misfired, whether it was empty and it was a scare technique, what happened, but, somehow, the gun did not go off. And the -- he started choking her, and she was able to break away and she started to scream. And the person ran away." 3. In the FBI 1977 raids on Scientology a gun and "knock out drops" were found in a file cabinet in CoS's GO headquarters in California. 4. In a 1994 declaration, Hana Whitfield notes two Scientologists were dispatched to kill Scientology apostate Jack Horner. This failed, though they shot up his house. http://www.whyaretheydead.net/krasel/aff_hw94a.html Date: APRIL 4, 1994 DECLARATION OF HANA (ELTRINGHAM) WHITFIELD I, Hana Whitfield, declare as follows: ... 53. I experienced this in 1968, when both the "Avon River," the ship I captained at the time, and the "Royal Scotman," Hubbard's Flag ship, were in Bizerte, Tunis, in North Africa. Two Sea Org Officers and I spoke on the dock one evening. They were both flying out the next day to Los Angeles, on a Hubbard assignment. They told me that Hubbard ordered them to shoot up Jack Horner, who lived in Los Angeles, a suppressive person whom Hubbard had personally declared some years earlier. Both men had hand guns and would travel with them. They left ... and then returned some weeks later. After their debrief they told me that Horner had indeed been shot at multiple times, while he and his family were in their home one evening. Fortunately, no one had been hurt. ... 5. Scott Meyer was ordered to attempt to kill Mexican Bandits who had alledgedly attacked a Scientology operated property. http://www.lermanet.com/cos/scottm.html INSTRUCTIONS TO KILL 22. While I was in the Sea Org, I was instructed to kill another human being by the Scientology organization. At the time Scientology had an office on Beacon Avenue in Los Angeles, very close to McArthur Park. I was called in for a briefing by Alex Sibryski. At that time, Scientology had a ranch at Rosarito in Mexico which was being used as a nursery, a place for overflow kids that could not be housed in Los Angeles and a place to grow fruits and vegetables. Mexican bandits were allegedly harassing and hustling the ranch and stealing produce from it. Jerry McDonald and I were asked to put together a mission to go down to Mexico, take some infrared optics and some guns and rifles, wait for the Mexican bandits to attack the ranch again and then take care of them. We were told to kill them if necessary. I received these orders from Alex Sibryski. At the time he was Commanding Officer Flag Operations Western U.S. ("F.O.L.O.W.U.S."). This was part of Scientology's elite Sea Organization. I was the Operations Officer at Flags Operations Liaison Office at the time -18 and it was my job to write the mission orders for this thing and get us all briefed and ready to go. We figured that if we "took out" the bandit leaders the rest would disband. It took 24-48 hours to get this done and in the course of that time I never saw any written dispatches on this but the mission was then canceled by Alex Sibryski. He said that there was a governess in-charge of the ranch and that the bandits had tried to attack her at the place and she had shot the bandit leader with a shotgun through the door and taken care of the problem. 23. Jerry McDonald was widely rumored to have been a former mercenary and a paid assassin in Europe. He was known throughout the Sea Org for taking care of difficult problems. If someone was giving a problem in some area Jerry McDonald would just appear there. Because of his reputation as having been an assassin, if he came on the scene, people would fear for their lives. They believed that he was working totally for Scientology and that he would do anything for Hubbard. Additionally, he was also the kind of guy who would have people over to his house every now and then and would get out his automatic weapons, clean them and put them together in front of people. In this way, he would let people know that he was really conversant with his craft. He carried a 9 mm pistol on him all the time and he was always talking about arms sales and deals that he was doing. As things turned out, he and I were not required to carry out the instructions to kill that we had received. However, if the orders had not been canceled I have no doubt that he could have performed the task. 6. Garry Scarff testified in court that Scientology has strongly attempted over a period of time to get him to murder cult activist Cynthia Kisser and her daughter, and anti-Scientologist Ford Green. http://www.xs4all.nl/~bogie/dunkle_seite/scarff.html Q. And were the specifics what you testified about with regard to Cynthia Kisser just before the break -- let me withdraw the question. What were the specifics of the operation very briefly? A. The specifics of the operation was for me to fly to Chicago O'Hare Airport, rent a vehicle with the information provided to me by the Office of Special Affairs in Los Angeles and the OSA in Chicago particularly with the tools provided to me by Randy Kretchmar, who is an official of the OSA in Chicago, to follow Cynthia Kisser home, run her off the road and take all steps necessary to render Cynthia Kisser dead. It was also discussed for a greater impact in these events that if someone within the Cult Awareness Network got smart enough to replace Cynthia with someone else, and that if Cynthia Kisser had her daughter with her, it would be an added benefit to kill Cynthia Kisser and to kill her daughter as well, because when a child dies it carries a greater impact in the minds of the public than if simply an adult dies, and that would send a message to the Cult Awareness Network that it was time to end their hatred toward whom they perceived to be cults. Now, was Gene Ingram present at that meeting? A. He was present, yes. 7. Garry Scarff testifies that the murder of lawyer Ford Green was planned. http://www.xs4all.nl/~bogie/dunkle_seite/scarff.html But you mentioned there was another murder conspiracy as well. What was that one? A. In December there was a desire in the OSA to end the life of Ford Greene. Q. Who is Ford Greene? A. Ford Greene is an attorney who is also a former member of the Unification Church or what people refer to as the Moonies and he had represented former Scientologists in litigation involving the Church of Scientology. Q. Would he be opposing counsel to Scientology lawyers? A. That's correct. And thus became a target of the Fair Game doctrine by the church. 8. A 1968 Ethics Order on Jim Goodwin, Polly Strathis and several others demanded,, " 7. Any Sea Org member contacting any of them is to use Auditing Process R2-45." Which is to shoot somebody with a .45 caliber pistol. (From Creation of Human Ability - 1952). 9. Margery Wakefield witnesses murder plots http://lisatrust.bogie.nl/legal/declaration -wakefield-6-3-93.htm 15. I consider myself to have been an average Scientologist in the performance of these and other duties for the G.O. In one other case, I was included in a meeting where two murders were planned by Scientology personnel, and I was at that time in agreement with everything I heard planned in the meeting. Margery Wakefield Declaration http://www.whyaretheydead.net/krasel/aff_mw90.html ... To my knowledge this murder was not carried out, but at this meeting it was planned. ... 10. Steve Fishman is ordered to kill Uwe Geertz. 11. Steve Fishman is pressured to commit suicide, "end of cycle:. http://www.xs4all.nl/~bogie/dunkle_seite/scarff.html "Q. Now, we will return to some of the things you just told me about, financial scams later as a result of this list of yours. "Now, Dr. Geertz and Steven Fishman also claimed at the sentencing hearing of Steven Fishman that the church had ordered Steven Fishman to murder Dr. Geertz and then commit EOC or "end of cycle." We are going to deal at length I think later today with those activities, but for the moment in relation to the Time magazine article, do you have any personal knowledge of conspiracies to murder and suicide with regard to the Church of Scientology? " A. Yes, I do. 12. ATTORNEY MICHAEL J. FLYNN'S PLANE IS TAMPERED WITH http://www.holysmoke.org/cos/docs/michael -j-flynn.txt 19. On or about October 19, 1979, plaintiff was flying said airplane to South Bend, Indiana, when the engine began to malfunction at approximately 8,000 feet in altitude, lost power entirely for a period of time, and plaintiff was forced to land at an airport in proximity to where the malfunction occurred. The plaintiff subsequently discovered that large amounts of water were present in his fuel tank, although prior to take-off the undersigned had engaged in a pre-flight examination of said fuel tanks, and no water was present. The presence of the water caused the malfunction of the engine and the cessation of power. Plaintiff believes that water balloons were placed in the tanks of the airplane by Joseph Lisa and James Mulligan, agents of the G.O., on orders from Hubbard. 13. William Franks testimony Liebreich vs Church of Scientology Flag Service Organization Testimony of William Franks. June 13, 2002. Afternoon Session. CROSS-EXAMINATION BY MR. WEINBERG: Q Now, Mr. Franks, let's go over a few things at the first. When you say you were the top official or one of the top officials in the Church of Scientology in 1981 -- I think you said -- you didn't order someone to be killed in the Church, did you? A No. Q No. And you don't know anyone in the experience that you had for 13 and a half years in the Church of Scientology -- you don't know any staff member or public that was ordered by someone like you in a position of authority to be killed. Do you? A Truthfully? Yes, I do. Q All right. Who is that? A Well, Mo Budlong and Jane Kember. I don't remember who the person was, but it was some fellow in England. Q And this was circa when? A This goes back to the '70s. Q And you were the one that ordered it? A No. I was not the one that ordered it. I happened to come across this. 14. Posted to ARS, February 12, 2006 Posted by blownforgood on xenu.net today: Thanks everybody for the welcome. Here is some more stuff that I will tell you that will confirm and or solidify your speculations. I saw another post about DM beating up on Rinder. Well I have personally seen DM beat the living shit out of Rinder at least 10 times over the course of a year. That was only the times I saw it. I can tell you that there were proabably another 10X that behind closed doors. Other people that I have seen him punch/slap and or throw to the ground: Marc Yager, Mark Ingber, Ray Mitoff, Rick Cruzen, Jeff Hawkins, Jason Bennick, G. Leserve. One time a girl from the Film Area was told to run Yager down in her car - and she complied - she drove after him and to get out of the way he jumped over a wall and broke his friggin ankle!!! I kid you not. this actually happened. Any other questions? I would be glad to answer. BFG (End) ************************************************** I am beginning to dig all this out and look for more. if anybody knows of any more such incidents, please let me know. Lets beat the bushes good and hard. wbarwell@munnged.mylinuxisp.com Remove the munge to replay. -- "If I saw a man beating a tied up horse, I could not prove it was wrong, but I'd know it was wrong." - Mark Twain Cheerful Charlie
