Subject: Court rules again a Scientology judgement creditor owed 6
million dollars can immediately begin seizing any assets of the mother
churches of Scientology, (the Church of Scientology International and
Religious Technology Center.)

14 Nov 1997, Los Angeles, CA -

The controversial global religion notorious for attacking Internet free
speech, human rights abuses, and the religious persecution of its former
members has suffered another devastating legal defeat in less than 16
days. The Los Angeles judge that 2 weeks ago found Scientology had
stripped out $340 million in corporate assets to thwart a judgement
creditor, has today denied a Scientology desperation exparte order to
stay his previous judgement and the creditors’ legal right to immediate
asset seizure to enforce his judgement.

The creditors’ legal team is now free to attach any asset of the Church
of Scientology International or Religious Technology Center, the alter
egos of the church of Scientology of California.

The creditor, Lawrence Wollersheim, upon hearing the news gave the
following statement, " After 17 years of Scientology’s asset stripping,
felony corporate fraud and Scientology’s perversion of the mercy delays
of a slowed justice process this is a great victory. Our legal team will
now do EVERYTHING and ANYTHING legally within its power to seize
whatever is necessary to IMMEDIATELY satisfy this 6 million dollar
judgement."
